So this policy aims to outline the storage and use of any data collected by Lather & Dab. 


Which Data?


Depending on the types of interaction you have with Lather & Dab we could, for different purposes, hold the following data of yours:

  • Forename, Surname.
  • Email address.
  • Postal address, including postal code.
  • Phone number (at your request).
  • Order details
  • Shopping history
  • Account number (when creating an account)



  • We hold your data as long as required to complete our transaction together. This includes communication, order, purchase, delivery, returns and complaints, and ongoing marketing.
  • Also, by law, we are required by HMRC to keep historical data for 6 years for tax purposes. 
  • After the historical deadline, all records will be reviewed and deleted appropriately.


Using our products


We use the information you provide to inform you about the progress of your order, take payment, contact you regarding complaints or returns, and send you further information with your permission.


Correspondence about customer inquiries: At this point, no personal details need to be shared with Lather & Dab. Correspondence will be left active on the relevant platform until a purchase is made, upon which personal information will be collected. However, the relevant platform provider may hold any correspondence under their privacy policy.

Your data will not be shared with anyone other than for legal requirements, eg; HMRC or the Police.

Right of access:  You can request a copy of any information we have stored for you. This will be sent via email to a designated address.


Right to data portability: Any data you request from us will be provided in an easily readable format legible to yourself, a designated third party, or a controller. 

Right to rectification: You are entitled to have any of your data corrected should that be required or should any data be incomplete. You can alter details in your account if you have created one. You can also email us, and our staff will make sure to change the data.


Right to erasure: You are entitled to delete any personal data processed by Lather & Dab at any time except for the following situations.

  • You have an ongoing customer service issue.
  • You have an ongoing order that has not yet been sent.
  • If you have made purchases, we save your personal data in connection with the transaction for accounting purposes.

Right to restriction of processing: You can request that Lather & Dab stop using your personal data. So long as one of the following are accurate.
