At Lather & Dab, we understand that receiving your order promptly and safely is important to you. That's why we are committed to providing a fast order and shipping response. However please be aware that once your order has left us, we can make no guarantees about when it will be delivered to you. 

 

Delivery service

 

We currently ship with EVRI delivery company and expect your orders to be delivered safely and efficiently. Our shipping policy is simple and straightforward. We offer shipping to all UK destinations, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, due to cosmetic guidance, we are not able to ship internationally at this time. 

If you prefer to use Royal Mail for your delivery, simply contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Dispatch of orders

 

At our online store, we understand the importance of receiving your orders quickly and efficiently. That's why we prioritize the dispatch of your items within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, but often we can ship quicker than this. We know that often time is of the essence, which is why we work hard to ensure your orders are fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.  Rest assured, our team is working tirelessly to get your orders dispatched in a timely manner

Please note that any orders placed over the weekend or during bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. We believe in complete transparency with our customers

 and you will receive notifications as we process and ship your order.

Their estimated delivery time for orders within the UK is 2-3  business days, although please note that this is not a guaranteed timeframe. While we do everything, we can to dispatch your orders promptly, we want to be clear that once an order leaves our facility, we have no control over the delivery timings.

We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers, and we want to assure you that we take this responsibility seriously. If you require an alternative shipping method, such as a tracked or fast delivery please contact us before placing your order. 

At our online store, we believe in complete transparency with our customers. That's why we want to be upfront about the fact that we have no control over delivery timings once an order has left our facility. However, we will always do everything in our power to ensure that your order is dispatched promptly and arrives within the estimated timeframe.

Undelivered / returned packages

 

We take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that accurate and complete address information is crucial to ensure the successful delivery of your order.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct postal address, including the full postcode, at the time of placing the order. When the delivery address is a company address, please ensure to include the company name along with the recipient's name.

If, for any reason, your order is undelivered or returned to us by postal services, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs we may incur for the return delivery. If you would like us to re-send the order, please note that we will require additional postage payment for the second delivery.

If you decide not to have your parcel resent, you can request a refund. However, please keep in mind that we will refund the cost of the products only, minus the actual fee we've incurred for the shipping.

We understand that delivery issues can be frustrating, and we are committed to resolving them as quickly as possible. If you require assistance regarding delivery, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to look into the whereabouts of your parcel and provide you with information on what to do next.

Please note that we can only re-send items or issue refunds for lost parcels at least 15 working days after placing your order has passed. We do not accept responsibility for loss or other consequences caused by delivery delays.
